This is Golfer Geeks’ Flag and Anthem review.
I always dress casual and most always in golf clothes. So, I was excited to hear from Flag & Anthem and check out their stuff.
I started with all the things I wear on the course throughout the year…here in Houston.
- Golf shorts & polo for probably 10 months-and-change a year.
- Golf 1/4 zip and pants for whatever is left.
- A nice nylon belt for year-round.
Summary – Flat & Anthem is a premium casual clothing brand with a nice selection great for golf and an extensive selection great for everything else. Fit, finish, and quality of materials are good, and the prices are plenty reasonable.
In this review of Flag & Anthem, I cover my experience with the company, the quality of the products, and comparable alternative brands I think are worth a look.
- Great selection for on & off the course
- Quality materials & construction
- Nice fit & feel
- Great pricing
- Good color and style options
- Nada
What is Flag and Anthem?
Flag & Anthem was founded in 2016 as a “premium quality clothing brand.”
The founders thought much of the clothing on the market was cheap and or too expensive and didn’t cater to the average guy (or gal).
So, they sought to create casual everyday clothing you could actually wear every day. Superior quality, perfect fit, and reasonable prices was their goal.
What does Flag & Anthem Sell?
Most every type of casual clothing you can think of – plus a golf selection.
- Polos
- Tees
- Shoes
- Belts
- Jackets
- Quarter zips
- Vests
- Etc.
What do Flag and Anthem clothes cost? Are they expensive?
Nope…not by today’s standards.
I find their entire collection reasonably priced. From shoes, to belts, to quarter zips, to…everything.
Every piece I’ve tried so far is high quality, comfortable, and well-fitted.
Their polos are about $50 to $60. Right in the reasonable range. Which is important to me because I live in polos nearly year-round.

They have something Flag and Anthem calls “MadeFlex Performance Technologies.” This allows them to stretch, wick moisture away, protect you from the sun, and remain comfortable and keep it’s shape after a long day.
They have more of a tailored fit than I generally like, but they make it work well.
They’re made of a 92% polyester/8% Spandex mix and are especially comfortable in warm weather.
Flag & Anthem Shorts

- Fit well & constructed well
- Good color selection
- Great on & off the course

Above is the pair I own.
They use a modern poly/spandex blend fabric that’s light and moves with me. They have an extensive color and size selection.

I have the MadeFlex Performance pants above. They’re similar to the shorts.
They’re lightweight, constructed well, fit well, and comfortable. Like the shorts, there’s an extensive color selection.
They look great on and off the course.

I’m a quarter zip fiend when the weather turns cool. I own them from most of the brands you know.
The Flag & Anthem quarter zip is on the higher end of quality in my collection.
Great materials and construction and a nice fit. They’ve got a big selection of patterns, colors, styles, and materials.
Final Verdict on Flag & Anthem Apparel
Flag and Anthem sells attractive, comfortable, nice-fitting, and stylish casual clothing at affordable prices.
I enjoy wearing every piece they sent me, and I confidently recommend you give them a shot.
