Before getting into the heart of this tutorial and explaining how to download Dike for free, it will be useful for you to know what versions of the program are available and the devices it supports.

Dike is a free software developed by InfoCert that allows you to both digitally sign a document and verify the signature on any type of file. It also allows you to verify and affix time stamps and share documents online.

At the time of writing this guide, GoSign by Dike is the latest available version of InfoCert’s software and is compatible with Windows 10, macOS (version 10.13 and higher) and Ubuntu (version 20 and higher). Compared to its predecessor, called Dike GoSign, GoSign by Dike proposes completely renewed graphics translated into 6 languages and new functions for document management. Besides, users who prefer to use GoSign without installing any software on their computer can also access the service directly from the browser.

GoSign is also available as a free app for Android and iPhone/iPad devices. Those who have activated a Business license or a Business+Grapho license can also download the GoSign Business app for Android and iOS/iPadOS and the GoSign Grapho app (which allows for graphometric signatures on tablets) for Android and iPad devices.

How to download Dike GoSign for free

To download Dike GoSign for free on your computer, all you have to do is connect to the service’s official website and press on the option to start downloading the program. To download the GoSign app for smartphones and tablets, on the other hand, you can simply access your device’s store and search for the app you want to download among GoSign, GoSign Business and GoSign Grapho. You can find everything explained in detail right below.

To download Dike on PC, go to InfoCert’s official website, locate the Download GoSign section and click on the Download button for Windows.

Once the download is complete, double-click on the GoSign-Desktop-installer.exe file and wait a few moments for it to check for new updates.

At this point, you’re ready to use GoSign without an account and start signing your documents. First, access the Configure section by pressing on the gear wheel icon in the top left corner and proceed to configure and customize your digital signature.

After that, by logging back into the main GoSign screen, you can sign documents (Sign), verify files (Verify), apply countersignatures (Countersignature) and time stamps (Mark), and much more.

Also, if you have an InfoCert account, you can link it to GoSign so that you can synchronize your data across multiple devices and take advantage of GoSign’s web features. To proceed, click the Sign In or Sign Up Now! button at the top to connect to the official InfoCert website, enter your information in the Email Address and Password fields and click the Sign In and Open GoSign Desktop buttons.

If your intention is to download Dike on Mac, connect to the official InfoCert website and click on the Download button located near the macOS entry to start downloading the software in question.

Once the download is complete, open the .dmg package you just downloaded, move GoSign to the Applications folder of macOS and open the path in question. Now, right-click on the GoSign icon and select Open twice in a row to bypass macOS restrictions on applications from non-certified developers (this is only required on first startup).

At this point you are ready to use GoSign to sign and verify your documents and to apply countersignatures and time stamps. First, however, you’ll need to configure your signature and time stamp by clicking on the gear wheel icon and accessing the section of interest between Your Signatures, Time Stamps and European Signatures.

Finally, I would like to point out that if you have an InfoCert account, you can associate it with GoSign by clicking on the Sign In or Register Now! button visible at the top. Automatically, you’ll be redirected to the official InfoCert website and you’ll be able to access your account by entering your email address and password and clicking the Sign In button. If, on the other hand, you don’t have an account and want to create one, select the Register option.

To download GoSign on Android, take your smartphone and launch the Play Store by pressing on its icon (the colored ?? symbol) found on the home screen or in the app drawer.

Now, tap on the Search apps and games option, located at the top, type “GoSign” in the field in question and press on the magnifying glass icon located in the lower right corner of the keyboard, to display the search results.

If you’re using a device without Play Store (e.g. a HUAWEI smartphone with AppGallery), you can download GoSign from an alternative store, as I explained in my guide on how to install apps on HUAWEI.

When you launch GoSign for the first time, tap on the Allow button to allow the app in question to access the photos and media files on your device, tap on the Start button and select the Next (twice in a row) and Close options to access the main GoSign screen.

At this point, click on the Sign In option related to the Remote Signature item, enter the credentials you were provided with when activating your digital signature in the UserID and Password fields and tap the Sign In button.

On the other hand, by selecting the Link account option visible in the Time Stamp box, you can link your account and use the purchased time stamps. For the detailed procedure, I leave you to the guide dedicated to the configuration of GoSign Mobile by InfoCert.

How to download Dike on iPhone/iPad

Would you like to download the GoSign app to your iPhone/iPad? In this case, start the App Store by clicking on the App Store icon (white “A” on a blue background) in the home screen or in the App Library, and select Search from the bottom menu.

In the new screen that appears, tap on the Games, apps, stories and more option located near the Search item, type “GoSign” in the appropriate search field and press the Search button.

Now, locate GoSign in the search results (it should be the first result) and tap on its icon, to access the application’s descriptive tab (which you can also reach by pressing here).

Next, tap on the Get button and, if prompted, verify your identity via Face ID, Touch ID, or by entering your Apple ID password. If you’ve already downloaded the app in question in the past, tap on the arrow in a cloud icon to start downloading right away.

Once the download is complete, press the Open button (or select the app icon from the Home screen or App Library), to launch GoSign, tap on the Start item and press the Next (twice in a row) and Close buttons.

Now, select the Sign In option visible near the Remote Signature item to connect your digital signature to GoSign, while selecting the Connect Account option present in the Time Stamp box can connect the app in question to the time stamp service.

How to access Dike GoSign from your browser

As mentioned in the opening lines of this guide, it is possible to use Dike GoSign even without necessarily downloading and installing any software on your computer. In fact, the service in question is also available in a Web version accessible through an account that you can create by activating one of InfoCert’s products (e.g. activating free PEC or digital signature).

To access GoSign via browser, connect to the official website of the service, enter your account details in the Username and Password fields, click on the Sign In button and you’re done.

How to download Dike Util for free

If you are wondering if it is still possible to download Dike Util, the InfoCert software for smart card management, I’m sorry to tell you that the answer is negative. In fact, since it no longer meets the security features required by current regulations, the software in question is no longer distributed by InfoCert.

That said, you should know that all the Dike Util functions are available within GoSign, grouped in the Configuration section.
